Research & Product Development Intern

Associate’s Responsibilities

· Assist in product formulation, ingredient and prototype preparation.

· Conduct small-scale trials and accurately record process parameters.

· Participate in sensory tests, consumer trials, and product evaluations.

· Collect, summarize, and organize feedback and test data for analysis.

· Support scheduling, sample preparation, and project documentation.

· Maintain laboratory cleanliness and comply with 5S and safety standards.

Job Requirements

· University student in Year 3 or above, or recent graduate in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

· Experience: None required; prior R&D internship or laboratory experience is an advantage.

· Basic understanding of product development and research processes.

· Familiarity with lab work procedures and safe handling of food materials.

· Good organizational and data recording skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
