Production Shift Facilitator

Associate Responsibilities

  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures, conduct safety checks, report hazards, ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards, address and resolve quality issues promptly and collaborate with quality assurance team.
  • Shift Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned shifts, ensure production targets and schedules are met.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor production staff, assign tasks and monitor performance and provide technical support as needed.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues with relevant team, minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely logs, track production metrics (output, yield, waste) and prepare reports for management.
  • Inventory & Material Management: Monitor material usage, coordinate with warehouse or supply chain teams and prevent material shortages or overstocking.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum Technical diploma in Food Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Production Management, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or Manufacturing Management is a plus.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Prior experience in supervisory or managerial roles within the food industry is preferable.
  • Experience with food safety and quality management systems such as HACCP, GHP, ISO22000, and BRCGS is preferred.

English Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Understanding technical documentation and safety standards
    Preparing reports and handling documents
