Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in brand management, trade marketing, and consumer engagement. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting promotional activities to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help manage social media platforms and create engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in organizing events, product launches, and sampling programs.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, sales data, and consumer feedback.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, Products and Brands/AI, Production, R&D) to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
  • Maintain marketing databases and assist in preparing presentations and reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in FMCG marketing and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of trade marketing and retail execution.
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics and shopper insights.
  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing or FMCG is an advantage.
