Marketing Executive

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Product Development Support: Assist in researching, planning, and coordinating new product concepts and improvements for both food business BU and consumer health BU.

2. Brand & Marketing Execution: Support the execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and communication strategies across digital and offline channels.

3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the graphics and communication team to ensure brand consistency and support visual content creation for marketing and product packaging.

4. Market Research & Consumer Insights: Assist in conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for innovation.

5. Project Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate timelines, tasks, and reporting for product and brand initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or product development, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, product lifecycle, and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe) is an advantage.
  • Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Khmer.
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
