Job Description
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement channel-specific sales strategies for confectionery and snack products
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify growth opportunities across General Trade channels
2. Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with key distributors and retail chains
- Negotiate trade agreements, promotions, and shelf placement
- Ensure strong in-store visibility and product availability
3. Channel Development
- Expand distribution network and optimize route-to-market strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
4. Team Leadership
- Lead and coach Area Sales Manager, sales representatives or channel executives
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
5. Trade Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns
- Ensure effective rollout of merchandising and branding initiatives
- Provide market feedback to support product development
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Monitor stock levels, sell-in/sell-out, and inventory turnover
- Provide actionable insights to management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably confectionery/snacks)
- Strong experience in channel management and key account handling
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong Technical and Digital Skill
