ERP Coordinator/DMS Administrator

Job Description

  • ​DMS system integrity is maintained – by keeping user accounts, outlet data, route data, and system settings accurate and up to date. 
  • ​Sales teams are able to use the DMS effectively – through timely onboarding, user training, troubleshooting, and resolution of routine system and device issues. 
  • ​Outlet master data quality is sustained – through accurate creation, updating, validation, deduplication, and correction of outlet records, GPS data, and territory assignments. 
  • ​System health and adoption are visible and improved – through monitoring of sync completion, device uptime, user activity, and issue resolution performance. 
  • ​Reliable dashboards and routine reports are delivered on time – to support sales reviews, channel reviews, and business decision-making. 
  • ​Analytical outputs are generated from DMS data – including distribution opportunity reports, promotional execution reports, field intelligence summaries, and anomaly flags. 
  • ​Sales data is prepared and reconciled accurately – by supporting secondary sales checks, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining clean data for downstream planning and reporting.

Job Requirement

  • Intermediate level of Experience (minimum 2 years of job-related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree related to Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • ​​Problem Solving –must identify technical issues, data issues, sync failures, and usage problems, then investigate and resolve or escalate appropriately.​ 
  • ​​Analysis – must work with sales data, identify anomalies, prepare dashboards, produce reports, and compile useful analytical outputs such as distribution gaps and promotional execution reports.​ 
  • ​​Business Engagement and Improvement – must maintain standards, improve data quality, support efficient sales processes, and help the sales organization use the DMS productively.​
