Engineering and Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Workshop and Mechanical modifications: response on workshop work such as welding, cutting, drilling etc. Those support the modification of mechanical parts and equipment, capable to do in-house to be more quality, efficient and cost saving.
  • Assets Reliability: execute for maintaining the assets in the facilities marking sure they are reliable especially processing assets through conducting inspection, preventive maintenance, analyze the issues with the downtime with effective root cause analysis methodologies and building.
  • Contractor Coordination: oversees on-site working contractor to ensure their work in safe, quality and compliance with AFC guideline.
  • Internal Customer Support: ensure the quality of and on-time support to the team related to technical project that is needed ER for assistance to achieve AFC goal.

Job Requirement

  • Basis level of experience (minimum 1 year of job-related experience /internship)

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge for industrial mechanical
  • Knowledge for using industrial tools/equipment
  • Basic safety understanding for manufacturing
  • Basic GMP

Skill:

  • Preventive maintenance for foods production equipment, utilities equipment and general equipment more on mechanical
  • Maintenance troubleshooting for foods production equipment, utilities equipment and general equipment more on mechanical
  • Mechanical hands-on skill (cutting, welding, drilling)
