Digital Services Intern – Business System

Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Business System/ERP Intern in food manufacturing! Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Develop your skills in data management, process automation, and custom app development while exploring new opportunities and learning in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze production and inventory data using power apps, Microsoft lists, Microsoft SQL and/or Dataverse.
• Process Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline manufacturing processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Custom Application Development: Create custom applications to support specific business needs, such as inventory tracking, expense approval and quality control etc., using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Reporting and Visualization: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Microsoft Power BI.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, track tasks, and collaborate with team members using Microsoft Lists and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Business applications development in foods manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL, data structure, and other relevant database design concepts.
• Basic experience in application development during their university projects and/or virtual projects.
• Be able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
