3. Must be able to learn new skill

6. Flexible and know how to do with urgent case

Job Responsibilities

1. Assigned to support for SC process
2. Confirm shipping document (IN/PL HBL, CO) with supplier
3. Working with Broker to process import permit to process clearance
4. Working with Third party for booking truck delivery FG to stockiest
5. Update FG stock balance to DG team and sale team every day
6. Email contact with supplier verify price every shipment to purchase order
7. Received demand from team and do Purchase order apply system after approval in system send to supplier sign and send back
8. Update case fill rate after received SO with sale team
9. Booking DHL send Sample to supplier or to ALC
