Senior Sales Manager (International)

Job Requirements

  1. Sound business, financial and numerical expertise
  2. Excellent sales track record with min. experience of 10-15 years in FMCG
  3. Good presentation, negotiation, and excellent analytical skills
  4. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  5. Competent IT Skills: Microsoft Outlook/ Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for overall export development, growth, and execution of FMCG/ FOOD portfolio
  2. Meet or exceed sales objectives, track sales goals and revenue targets.
  3. Identify target customers / markets and needs by country / territory and build effective trading relationships with key decision makers.
  4. Build a good network with export Distributors in FMCG industry and identify business opportunities to grow customer base and increase market share.
  5. Deploy Company principles, Objectives and Strategies
  6. Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with financial controls on collections and receivables.
  7. Coordinate with managers in all departments to obtain goods, services, and information, being a strong and diplomatic internal customer with high standards.
