Job Description
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies for consumer health products
- Drive revenue growth across pharmacy, clinics, and modern trade channels
- Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration
2. Channel & Account Management
- Manage relationships with key pharmacy chains, distributors, and healthcare partners
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities
- Ensure product availability and compliance within healthcare channels
3. Channel Expansion
- Identify and onboard new pharmacy and healthcare partners
- Strengthen presence in hospitals, clinics, and retail pharmacies
- Develop strategies tailored to healthcare consumer behavior
4. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
- Ensure sales practices align with local healthcare regulations
- Coordinate with regulatory and QA teams when required
- Maintain proper documentation for healthcare-related sales activities
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage sales team focused on healthcare channels
- Provide coaching and training on product knowledge and compliance
- Set KPIs and monitor performance
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for business decisions
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports
- Monitor stock levels, sell-in/sell-out, and inventory turnover
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably confectionery/snacks)
- Strong experience in channel management and key account handling
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong Technical and Digital Skill
