General Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance (PM):
   Perform facilities maintenance such as electrical system, water supply system and other utilities
• Utility System Operation & Troubleshooting:
  Perform timely checking and inspection for utilities equipment/machine to ensure proactively rectification before operation.
• Corrective & Predictive Maintenance:
  Perform timely preventive maintenance on the utilities equipment to prevent unplanned downtime of the utilities that affects to the production
• Facility Maintenance:
  Coordinate and manage contractor working on-site to ensure safety and quality of the work delivered
• Safety, Compliance & Food Safety:
  Ensure operations comply with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, hygiene requirements).
• Cost Reduction & Continuous Improvement:
  Support Project such as reduce maintenance cost, Reduce energy consumption, Improve PM effectiveness.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Complete maintenance checklists, logbooks, and work orders, Record parts usage and report low spare parts levels and Support maintenance reports related to downtime, PM completion, and utility performance.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics, or a related field
• Work Experience:
  – Minimum 2 years of experience in factory or utility maintenance (food factory preferred).
  – Experience Intermediate knowledge of boiler operations and mechanical systems.
