Summary of Major Job Outcomes and Duties:
-Responsible for conducting laboratory scale batch trials of NPD recipes & experiments (ex. lab vacuum cooker, tabletizer, soft candy, and stove cooking, etc.)
-Assigned to support production-scale batch trials of new product and/or process development
-Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure pilot plant equipment is in smooth operation for pilot trials
-Set-up and adjust pilot plant equipment electrically and mechanically to ensure operational safety, correct specification with product recipe requirements
-Maintain, clean and organize maintenance equipment and tools to ensure they are clean and tidy, in alignment with 6S Standard
-Establish work instruction and provide practical training to Operators to transfer process knowledge
-Support ER team in commissioning of new/modified process or equipment to ensure the consistency of the processes, systems and facilities
-collect and compile data; prepare product recipe records to communicate outcomes
-identify areas for improvement
Requirement
*Level of Job Experience:
-Basic Level of Experience 2 to 3 years’ experience, mechanical field & electrical practical skill
*Level of Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-English Languages Required: International Second Language Proficiency Rating (ISLPR): Overall score at least 2
-Computer Skills Required:
+MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
