Summary of Major Job Outcomes and Duties:

1 / Scrum team performance is satisfied.

1.Be a scrum master to facilitate scrum events.

2.Coach scrum team to become self-organized and self-sustainable

3.Mentoring, coaching and encouraging the team members to minimize their weaknesses and boosting morale to improve efficiency.

4.Help product owner and ensure that the scope, goals and domain of product is understood by everyone in the scrum team.

5.Guiding on techniques for effective product backlog management to minimize value.

6.Facilitate conflict resolution conversation.

7.Identify, track and help remove impediments.

8.Keep entire team on schedule and ensure no tasks escapes notices and assignment.

9.Measuring key team effectiveness.

2 / Corrective Action Requests are resolved, CARs are viewed as projects, with next steps and timelines, and appropriate follow-up is conducted until the item is cleared.

3 / Corrective and Preventive Action are well-followed and implemented.

4 / Feedback and Communication Systems facilitate group problem solving by being available and accessible to a wide range of AFC associates.

5 / Special Projects are supported and managed to completion, as requested by the Community Services Group Manager. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.


*Level of Job Experience:

-Intermediate Level of Experience (minimum 2 to 3 years of job-related experience)

*Level of Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.

- English Languages Required: International Second Language Proficiency Rating (ISLPR): Overall score at least 3

-Computer Skills Required:

+MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
