1 / Scrum team performance is satisfied.
1.Be a scrum master to facilitate scrum events.
2.Coach scrum team to become self-organized and self-sustainable
3.Mentoring, coaching and encouraging the team members to minimize their weaknesses and boosting morale to improve efficiency.
4.Help product owner and ensure that the scope, goals and domain of product is understood by everyone in the scrum team.
