Zone Sales Manager
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sale skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience managing, directing, mentoring, and coaching sale team.
- Very good in English.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to sale team of assigned territory.
- Monitoring the performance of the sale coordinator and motivating to meet or exceed sale targets.
- Develop performance improvement plan for sale team to meet performance targets.
- Travelling to potential new and existing customers within assigned territory to build brand awareness.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Proactively pursue new sale opportunities or expanding market.
- Ensure company’s sale database (customer information, etc.) are regularly updated.
- Other tasks assigned by department manager.
