Marketing Manager/Product Manager

Job Requirements

1/ BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field with at least 4 – 5 years’ work experiences.

2/ Fluent or very strong in English.

3/ Strong project management skills.

4/ Strong problem-solving ability, including Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.

5/ Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

6/ Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

7/ Analytical skills to forecast and identify market and consumer trends and challenges.

8/ Ability to quickly adapt to change/flexible.

Responsibilities/Major Job Outcomes

1/ Develop marketing strategy and plan.

2/ Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy

3/ “Product owner” for product development to meet desired launch date. Provide daily input into product development process, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Lead regular product development review.

4/ Develop business/product cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics or target market.

5/ Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

6/ Develop pricing strategy and evaluating competitors’ pricing.

7/ Liaise with parent company in USA to confirm that their needs are addressed. Note: Regarding products, orders and shipments, this position is the primary point of contact with America.

8/ Budget management.

9/ Building brand awareness and positioning

10/ Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

11/ Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

12/ Developing and managing advertising campaigns
