Summary of Major Job Outcomes and Duties:

Ensure that equipment is maintained in good & safe working conditions

Practice 6s and operate to standard required (Hygiene-GPM-HACCP…)

Keep the production area cleanness and good working environment

Learn all field related to production areas and reserve as back-up person in case of anyone absence

Carry out any other duties as assigned by Hancho (team leader)/ Shift Coordinator & work as team

Joint ER team on maintenance activities & installation new equipment/commissioning

Conduct daily maintenance check list to ensure that the machine is always ready to run at high efficiency

Minimize waste and initiate improvement ideas


Level of Job Experience:

Working experience: At least 1-year worked experience with industrial company

Level of Education:

Required- Technical diploma Level I or BST of Mechanical, electrical, automation, foods science and RELATED worked experience within the industry are encouraged to apply

Education: Khmer language can write & reading, English language required know on basic (A, B,C,…) writing.

Develops realistic action plans and timelines, even when there are some uncertainties.  Anticipates the consequences of situations and plans accordingly.  Organizes information.  Communicates changes and progress. Coordinates associates’ and suppliers’ inputs and outputs, including those associates who are not direct reports. Completes projects on time and with allocated resources.

Training or Knowledge GMP; HACCP-Preferred: GFSI-level standards (BRC, SQF, FSSC 22000, etc.); ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and other ISO standards, utilizing the PDCA approach.
