Summary of Major Job Outcomes and Duties:

1.Time-span of Discretion 1 day – 3 months is the maximum target completion time of the longest activities and projects in this role. Able to efficiently create quality outputs, using standards and procedures; capable of finding improvement opportunities; focus is usually on achieving daily, weekly or monthly objectives.

2.Freedom to Act Works alone or independently to get most work done; identifies problems, makes recommendations and finds solutions based on company principles, strategy, reasoning and previous experience; subject to general input from manager or supervisor; manager or supervisor provides general objectives and terms and the associate plans and executes the projects and tasks; uses job instructions when applicable.

3.Delegation of Authority No direct reports; collaborates with others.

4.Supplier Responsibility Supervises and coordinates suppliers; signs off upon satisfactory completion of work and/or delivery of goods, if authorized to perform that role by Department Manager.

5.Organizational Responsibility Associates are responsible for their contribution and hold one another accountable.

6.Financial Responsibility Expected to use financial resources wisely but not responsible for approving or monitoring expenditures.

7.Government Responsibility Monitors expenditures; processes A/R, A/P-related paperwork; analyzes costs; may reject expenditures, if not compliant with AFC Accounting Policy, but does not typically approve expenditures.

8.Customer Responsibility Interfaces with one or more small accounts ($25,000 or less in AFC revenue).

+Entry Level (no prior job-related work experience or internship required)

* Level of Education:

+High school completion not required

+Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Sale & Marketing

+English Languages Required: International Second Language Proficiency Rating (ISLPR): Overall score at least 2+

+Computer Skills Required:

-MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

+ Training or Knowledge:


+Preferred: ISO 9001; OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and other ISO standards, utilizing the PDCA approach.
